Kay made sure we fully understood what the auction process was and what was expected of us. We felt no pressure regarding our reserve price and Kay seemed to respect our number, even though it was the upper limit of where she saw our value. The Bayleys auction rooms were a nice venue and we were pleased that we didn't have to sit in the auction room but could watch the process on the TV in the entrance room. Kay has a lovely manner about her and was very complimentary about our house which was flattering. When faced with the decision of who to list our house with, a big consideration for us was how knowledgeable, yet approachable, the agent would be when hosting open homes and viewings. The first time Kay set foot in our home, we knew she was the agent for us.
