Braehead Road, Otane, Central Hawkes Bay

With the first stage of this thoughtfully designed development now completed and a number of quality homes already established, only 6 of the 19 sites developed across stages one and two now remain available, ranging from 4,100sqm to 7,000sqm. Titles have been issued and each site has been developed with an established building platform, power and scheme water to the boundary, while offering its own outlook, privacy and aspect.

The development has been carefully planned and landscaped to work with the natural contour of the land, creating sections with a mix of elevation, views and shelter, within a setting rarely found in newer developments. Extensive specimen tree plantings and established infrastructure already contribute to the character of the area and will continue to mature and enhance the setting over time.

Protective covenants are in place to help maintain the standard of the development, while still allowing buyers the opportunity to create a home that suits their own needs. A bridle path around the perimeter provides additional space for walking, running or biking.

Located on the outskirts of Otane, Braehead combines a rural setting with everyday convenience. Waipawa and Waipukurau are both nearby, while Hastings and Havelock North are within an easy 30-minute commute.

Priced from $280,000, these sections provide an excellent opportunity to secure a lifestyle site within a well-established development that stands out from the rest. With a range of section sizes available and the option of turn-key house and land packages, Braehead offers a variety to suit all lifestyles, while enjoying the convenience of nearby towns and amenities.
