A four bedroom house located a short distance from the shops, tennis courts and cafe, and on the walkway leading to the beach. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan, with double doors leading out onto a trellised deck.
Facilities include a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, wastemaster, radio/CD player, freetoview and digital Sky TV (you will need to bring your own decoder and it may need to be retuned on arrival).
The master bedroom houses a queen bed, a 2nd bedroom 1 single set of bunk beds and a single bed, a 3rd bedroom 2 single beds and a trundler bed and a 4th bedroom a double/single bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom provides a toilet, shower/chub, vanity and heated towel rails. There is a second separate shower and a separate toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine and tub. Outdoor facilities include a gas barbecue and outdoor seating, and a hot/cold shower. No smoking. No pets. No tents.
