Sleeps 12* Rates: Peak $380 per night, Shoulder $340 per night, Off Peak $300 per night. This house is on a corner site that is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The section is fully fenced. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan, with doors leading out onto the deck and barbecue area. Facilities include a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, television (with freeview), DVD Player, CD Stereo, video and spare fridge and freezer in the rumpus room. A log fire will add warmth in the winter if needed. The master bedroom also opens out onto the deck, and has a double bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. A second bedroom has a double bed, and a third bedroom two single beds. The toilet is separate. The bathroom provides a bath, separate shower and vanity. Step down into the large carpeted rumpus room(was garage) which is ideal for the younger children or teenagers. Here you will find a double bed and 3 sets of single bunks and a second bathroom with a toilet, shower and hand basin. The laundry (in rumpus room) has a tub and washing machine. No tents, smoking or pets. *over 8 people $10 per person per night
