Located across the road from the beach, and a few minutes walk to the tennis courts and children's playground. The large kitchen, dining area and sunken lounge are open plan. Facilities include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric wall oven, microwave, and double sinks. Relax in the lounge while you listen to the radio/CD player, or watch Sky digital (you will need to bring your own decoder and card. Please note you may need to retune your decoder on arrival). Downstairs bedroom one provides a queen bed, a 2nd bedroom 2 sets of single bunk beds. A laundry houses a tub and washing machine (cold wash). The large bathroom has a claw footed bath, shower, vanity and heated towel rails. Separate toilet. Climb the stairs to the newly renovated master bedroom which provides a queen bed and has a sitting area to relax and enjoy the view or read a book. A 2nd bedroom provides another queen bed. The tiled bathroom has a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The garage provides a spare fridge/freezer, outside chairs and a gas BBQ.
