Ahuriri Aeropark - Design Builds Available for Lease

Hawke's Bay Airport is excited to announce the development of Ahuriri AeroPark, a 10-hectare commercial and industrial zone supporting growth in Onekawa, Pandora, and Napier Fringe Commercial. As the third busiest airport in the North Island, with over 750,000 annual passengers and projections of 1.4 million by 2040, the area is primed for expansion.

Strategically located near Napier’s CBD, State Highway 2, and Napier Port, Ahuriri AeroPark is ideal for a wide range of commercial and industrial uses. Bare land sites from 2000m² are available, with lease terms of 10+ years. All design builds will be tailored to tenant needs.

Sustainability is a priority for the Airport and AeroPark, guiding the design and construction of future developments.
