When location is key

Offered to the market with real determination by our motivated vendors. 4.1010 hectares (more or less) of prime industrial land ripe for development, with massive exposure to State Highway 30 and access off Keepa Road.

Whakatane is the place to be, the location is seeing significant expansion and development including the Provincial Growth Fund approved boat harbour project, across the road, on which development is under way. Along with very healthy demand for industrial zoned land, Whakatane is experiencing record low vacancy levels and the shortage is clearly evident.

The area is currently undergoing massive capital projects, being a thriving service centre for many surrounding districts and its strategic position in the Bay of Plenty as well as the golden triangle of Tauranga, Hamilton and Auckland.

Located in the sunny Bay of Plenty, Whakatane set midway between Rotorua and Tauranga is known for its sunshine, being one of New Zealand's sunniest towns along with Ohope Beach being voted New Zealand's 'Best' and 'Most Loved' Beach. Whakatane is also known for its fishing, adventure sports, nature encounters, walks and hot springs.

Whakatane is desperate for development, make sure you are a part of it!
