South Taranaki Commercial Sections

This will be the first major commercial development to be offered in the South Taranaki Market for many years. The site is located off Fitzgerald Lane in the Northern Suburbs of Hawera, and with easy access to State Highway 3 going North, this is a superb option to increase your profile in Hawera.
On offer will be a number of high-quality sections, many with mountain views, but all have been very carefully planned to make the best use possible of the easy contoured land.
All earthworks to date have been supervised and certified by qualified Civil Engineers. At the completion of earthworks, platforms will be at a level suitable for commercial operations.
Sizes will be varied from 1,180m2 right up to the largest of 14,880m2, with options to combine lots if a larger size is required. On top of this will be the varied means by which to obtain one of these sites; purchase, lease, and design-build.
Stage one construction works have commenced which includes stage one road & underground services and all earthworks for the stage one lots. There are four completed and tenanted sites already in place, with several more underway.
For the discerning commercial buyer, these will immediately appeal as the availability of land such as this has been scarce, at best, in the South Taranaki region. For further information on the South Taranaki Business Park go to www.stbp.co.nz or to discuss options call Russell or Weston today.
