Super Popular and Fun Restaurant. $300k Profits!!

This is an incredibly vibrant, fun and well-loved restaurant with exciting food that is very much ‘on trend’. It is Asian fusion with a twist and very much aimed at a wide market.

It is SO popular on social media and has been written about in many magazines since it opened and caused a stir. It doesn't matter what your background is - this is just a strong business!

It’s a business we sold to the current owner but and expanding family means that they need to hand over the reins to a lucky new owner.

Relatively short hours of operation, so fun and vibrant, and heaps of profit! The current owners had NO experience when they bought this but have done superbly well since buying in early 2019.

Sales here are an impressive $31,000 per week. Rent is under 5% of sales and other costs are well controlled. A working owner, then can look forward to a surplus of over $300,000 per year!

If you ran this as a managed restaurant you would make around $240,000 as an EBITDA.  That's an impressive 30% Return on Investment!

BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS:

• $31k per week
• $300k surplus
• Rent under 5% of sales
• Great team in place
• Such a fun operation
• Huge social media presence

This is another sale that we were proud of and the owners have really enjoyed their time here. This is a simple business to take over and the current owners will give you all the training you need. There are some

Hospitality businesses where things ‘just work’ and this is one of them and all with such a fun vibe.

This one is well priced so get in for the new year!
