Smart retail at The Square

Are you seeking a location for destination customers with great signage space, a smart, clean and functional layout with an easy truck access to the storage and dispatch loading area? This high stud open plan building has a combined area of 831 m2 including the 667 m2 (more or less) main retail area. Definitely well appointed, the exterior shared customer parking is accessed from Ridgway Street, with another main entry from Trafalgar Square on Taupo Quay. Nearby tenancies are Countdown, The Warehouse, Carpet Court and multiple national retailers, all within the Trafalgar Square shopping complex plus Ford Motors and other retailers across the streets. Definitely a central location to consider when looking for a substantial floor area.
