Located in the highly desirable Delta Lakes Subdivision, with services to the boundary, this 8.9809 hectare income producing blank canvas has a number of potential building sites that take advantage of the elevated panoramic views of Delta Lake and the stunning Marlborough landscape.
Supplement your income from the vineyard of around 3.1 canopy hectares of Marlborough's world renowned Sauvignon Blanc. Planted in 2006 on phylloxera resistant rootstock, with 2.5 metre row spacing and 1.8 metre plant spacing, this producing vineyard is offered to the market with a Grape Supply Agreement to one of New Zealand's premiere wineries.
As an added bonus there are approximately 1.5 hectares of mature pines trees that could be harvested for immediate cash flow. Why build in town when this close but convenient property offers so much more?
This property is a great entry level vineyard, contracted for the next couple of vintages, it has great potential and will never be cheaper.
