Industrial warehouse to be built

The premises to be constructed at 102 Taitimu Street sit on the elevated position above Taurikura Drive and Gargan Road and adjoins the new Opal Packaging facility, Full Circle/Oji, Raeden Group and Mpac. The front row position has an extraordinary platform looking out to Mount Maunganui to the North and the green backdrop of the Kaimai ranges to the West.
