Please note: this is a Boarding Home. You will have your own private bedroom but all other areas (kitchen, bathroom, living, etc) are shared spaces with your housemates.

There are 1 x single room available in the home.

• Board per room: $265.00 per week
• Move-in cost per guest: $530.00 (1-weeks rent + 1-weeks bond)

Everything is provided for you - all you need is your personal belongings.
