A single rotation cutting right is available to acquire across 7 properties within the MNF Estate located in the Whanganui/Rangitikei region. The cutting right covers a total of 554ha net stocked area with mixed age class with the bulk of the forest being predominantly younger age class. The crop is a mixture of pre 1990 and post 1989 forest with any carbon benefit/liability to remain with the landowner.

The cutting right will cover a term of 35 years from the year of establishment of the crop and available for purchase as a means of a one off lumpsum.
