One of the last big development sites in Long Bay

• Land area 3,717sqm (more or less) with a THAB zoning
• Excellent development flexibility and prominence
• Situated alongside Long Bay Regional Park
• 5-minute walk to Long Bay Village Commercial Centre
• Resource consent in place for 57 residential units

Zoning provides for integrated residential development permitting apartments, attached townhouses or single-house lots, and flexible design options within a 14.0m height envelope. Resource consent is in place for 57 residential units, but other options can be considered.

The triangular-shaped site with a curved frontage to Te Oneroa Way is relatively flat while falling in a slightly southerly direction. There is a public walkway along the eastern side boundary, together with the managed waterway system for the precinct. Excellent eastern views are available over the reserve and towards Long Bay Beach.

The Long Bay master-planned community being developed by Templeton Group is one of the North Shore's premier residential locations. Situated just 25 minutes north of Auckland's CDB. The location is experiencing fast growth with extensive new development and few sites remain for more intensive, high-density development. Long Bay Village commercial centre provides a wide range of amenities, a variety of hospitality venues, and a New World supermarket.

With excellent development flexibility and prominence, terrace housing or apartments developed on this site are likely to enjoy good purchaser interest due to the location. Pre-sale response for numerous projects in Long Bay has been consistently positive over the last four years.

This will likely be the last super lot available for development in Long Bay. Please contact us to discuss or should you have any queries.
