This bare land block apart from a set of cattle yards is subdivided into 12 paddocks with hot wire and good road access surrounding the whole block. Currently running dairy support, sheep and beef.

Flood irrigation for 130 hectares from a 95,000m3 dam and a gravity fed stock water scheme from a 20,000 m3 dam with a 50% share of a four head right (two heads) each head equals 28.3 litres/second.

There is 150 hectares of lucerne and 17 hectares of Kale on this block.
