Office for lease, 246 Queen Street, Auckland.
246 Queen Street is leading the regeneration of Midtown. Having just completed a full renovation, designed by Fearon Hay Architects, 246 Queen is set to become a mid-city icon once again.
The eight level building links Lorne and Queen Streets, with double street frontages, and elevator and escalator access between the two. The contemporary loft-style office spaces on all floors have been fully renovated focusing on the large lightwell through the centre of the building. The large, efficient floor plates have been designed with east and west-facing windows, open plan layouts, exposed services and new bathroom facilities.
Transport is easy, with downtown ferry, rail and bus links only a 10 minute walk away. The area will benefit from increased activity with the creation of the new City Rail Link.
With three full floors remaining, the owner has generous layout packages available for those companies looking for modern warehouse loft offices.
