The show must go on!

The once famous Memorial Hall in Tokoroa is a grand old lady that could tell a story or two! From “It’s in the Bag” with Selwyn Toogood, to famous musicals, inter-school festivals and even famed New Zealand Bands such as Supergroove, this venue has seen it all. In 1998 it took on a new life as a “Cinema 3” complex which is its current configuration, but with the closing of the business post Covid, the door now opens for a new owner to re-purpose or redevelop the premises for a new use. The steel portal structure of the once cavernous town hall would make an ideal high stud warehouse or workshop for commercial or light industry, or you can take advantage of the flat, well located 1011sqm site to simply start from scratch. Calling all developers, owner occupiers and add-value investors, here is the chance to draw back the curtain on this once renowned Tokoroa landmark.
