We're looking for a boarder for our charming house in Cashmere. The house is recently renovated. You won't run out of hot water with our gas system and there is a large heat pump in the living area.

The slightly smaller bedroom is for rent now with a queen size bed and a desk provided. Plus there is a storage room for your personal luggage.

Currently we have two adults flatmates. Both work full time. As well as two lovely dogs resident in the house.
***Further flatmate has to be very caring and love dogs.
