Table Hill Forest, is located on Cowie Road just minutes from the Milton township. This 127.3 ha NSA forest has been established over the 2021 and 2022 planting seasons with the Pinus Radiata crop looking exceptionally good along with the small areas of established Manuka.



The forest is registered in the ETS having 132.6 hectares within 11 CAAs with 90.2 hectares under Stock Change and the balance under averaging. The terrain of Table Hill is easy being 100% ground base, with very low environmental risk. Located just 4.8 km from Pan Pac, Milburn and Gorton Timber sawmill at Milton make for an exceptionally low-cost cart with Port Chalmers, the export option, being very economical at only 67 km.
