Taieri View Lots 17 & 18, located near Mosgiel coupled with Bells Bush Forest located at Waihola are all second rotation forests established predominantly in Pinus radiata with a small portion of alternative species.



The forests have 84.4 ha registered in the ETS under Stock Change comprising 6.6ha of native, 2.1 ha of Macrocarpa and the balance in Pinus radiata.



With a combined net stocked area of 167.1 hectares, having age classes from 2018 -2022. All showing excellent growth on easy to moderate terrain with the previous rotation being almost entirely ground-based harvested with all having a low environmental risk profile.



This forest group has well sought after locations with cart distances averaging 41.2 km to Port Chalmers and 29 km to the Domestic Mills. The shortest cart being Taieri 17 & 18 to Otago Lumber, Mosgiel at 9.3 km.



Being a part of a wider forest Estate for sale in the region this group can be purchased separately, or as a group or as part of the wider Southern Estate.
