Mason Road Forest is located on Mason Road in the Waiotira region of sunny Northland.



This is a second-rotation Pinus Radiata forest that has been re-planted in 2024 and has a net stocked area of 32.2 hectares.



Set on easy to moderate contour with low environmental risk (LUC 6), it has 33.7 hectares registered in the ETS under “Stock Change.”



The forests proximity to key transport routes makes it highly accessible with North Port Marsden Point just 45 km away and various domestic processing options between 42-47 km away.
