It was completed in August 2023 and the current owners love it so much they would build exactly the same design again, that's saying something. We all know the wonderful features that come with a brand-new and exceptionally well-built house. There is also a separate lounge that takes in splendid views of Mt. Ruapehu and gets bathed in sunshine.

The large double garage has an attic and internal access to the house. A separate laundry and exceptional storage, wait until you see the hall cupboard storage space! Four bedrooms, one that is currently being used as the office, and a main bathroom with a heated mirror, no fogging up in here! The master bedroom is huge and has a walk-in wardrobe through to the ensuite.

Our vendors had great plans for a full-length deck along one side of the house, but that will now be left for new owners to create their own choice of outdoor living, where there are sliding doors from two of the bedrooms and the open-plan living room.
