Corrigall Road, Chatto Creek, Central Otago

257.92 hectares of easy rolling hill country including approximately 40 hectares of irrigated paddock country ideal for the wintering of dairy or beef cattle.
With access at both ends of the property, well tracked and mostly laned this property being dry underfoot lends itself to an easy system of cattle wintering.
The property has a good set of cattle yards and a reticulated stock water system through out.
The property will be in two titles with the 29.12 hectare title having an approved building platform with power and a domestic water supply handy to the building site.
There is also future subdivision potential and tourism opportunities with the close proximity to the Central Otago Rail Trail, all adding value to this extensive block of land.
