This wee gem is centrally located in our delightful Ohakune township. It's an easy walk or bike ride to both ends of town and on the main street that heads straight in to the Tongariro National Park and up to Turoa Skifield.

This easy care section is fully fenced making it a lovely private oasis. The interior is light and bright and has a separate toilet and laundry, a lovely modern bathroom and three double bedrooms. The lounge and living area are heated by both a wood burner and a heat pump and the warmth filters through to the other rooms in the house. There is also a large sunny deck at the rear.

This would make a great first home, a super holiday house or a handy investment. It is currently being run as a successful nightly rental for guests visiting our wee tourist town in the Central North Island.
