      Its 1 minute to the bus stop, pak n sav, and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.




      If you drive, youre 5 minutes from West City, 3 from the motorway. 



      Sorry all - no pets inside the house, but we have a dog yard thats fenced outside, and if you have a pet we can discuss. 


Bit about me: 



      Im a film-maker and entrepreneur who will be starting his first business next year.

      I generally keep a tidy house. Im a strong gym goer and generally pretty chill - though I do enjoy an occasional drink and yarn.


There are three dwellings on the property which are all stand-alone (neighbours are retired folks, all very nice) and the property is gated. 


      Ideal flatmate would be a responsible individual who is tidy, pays rent on time and keen on 4-6 month stay.
