Simon's View, Tekapo Twizel Highway, Lake Tekapo, Mackenzie

Set on 202 ha of Mackenzie Basin high country, Simon's View block provides the ultimate retreat conveniently situated between Lake Tekapo and Lake Pukaki.

As part of Simon's Hill Station, as a prominent working sheep and beef station, the owners have chosen the site and building platform to provide the very best views in the area. The elevated position is nestled into a small amphitheatre looking over the station and back dropped by the mighty Southern Alps and surrounding mountains.

Within close proximity are the towns of Tekapo and Twizel making for convenience of supplies and amenities, while the private and rural landscape of Simon's View block provides the feeling of being worlds away. There are plenty of outdoor activities all close by with boating, fishing, hunting, skiing and hiking on the doorstep. Aoraki Mount Cook is just down the road as well, with one of our largest National parks for exploring and alpine adventures.

Be it a Mackenzie Basin holiday retreat or full time living, options of this nature are far and few between so make the most of this opportunity now and make contact this summer.
