621 Wainui Road, Whakatane Surrounds, Whakatane

621 Wainui Road is a lifestyle - grazing/cropping property that bounds the Ohiwa Harbour, located within seven kilometers from Ohope Beach, zoned Rural (1C).
The property is held in a single title comprising a total of 10.6090 hectares, made up of predominantly flat contour with 0.5 (more or less) hectares in medium hill.
The property is perimeter fenced for ease of cultivation and partly deer fenced around the elevated area. Surrounding the property is a selection of native and other plantings creating an appealing native habitat for birds and wildlife.
Stock water is supplied from natural water - artesian sourced within the property and located in the vicinity of the northern boundary.
Open drains within the property are well maintained and developed with well-constructed, culverted crossings, able to transport heavy tractors and harvesting implements.
An automatically activated water pump controls water levels over the flats in rain weather events.
All pastures are weed free and reflect an excellent sward of mixed species grazing grasses with a strong presence of clover and rye grass species.

Historically, a house was positioned on the elevated area on the eastern side of the property and again would be a most attractive position to rebuild (conditional on consent) with a westerly outlook over the property and out to the Ohiwa Harbour.
Electricity services come on to the property to the pump station.
The property is accessed with a well-formed, all-weather lane off the Wainui Road through a shared access way.

Anyone looking for a coastal harbourside grazing destination must consider this property. Locations with this scale and appealing flat contour are becoming harder to secure. Call Phil now and make a time to view.
