Our North facing cozy home gets loads of sun and is the perfect place to entertain or relax with a large lawn, a beautiful garden and a glorious seated deck + a BBQ area and hot-tub for the ultimate experience. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a modern bathroom, along with a cosy living room & an office to work from. The property is fully fenced and very private. There are two off-street car parks inside the property.

Supermarket and town centre a 2 min walk along with delicious Asian style restaurants & coffee shops. Some of Auckland’s best bush walks on your door step -  Kauri Glen, Tuff Crater & Onepoto Domain. A 6min drive to the beautiful Takapuna beach & shops + golf course nearby. The nearby Northcote Tavern is also one of our favourite spots to check out. The CBD and nearby Ponsonby are a short 6-8 minute drive and regular buses leave to the city from our road and nearby roads.
