Peka Industrial park

The highly anticipated Peka Industrial Development is finally here, offering a rare opportunity to secure Heavy Industrial zoned (Industrial 2) land in a prime Rotorua location. This bare land development comprises 13 sites, with lot sizes ranging from 4,000sqm to 13,000sqm.
Businesses can negotiate bespoke lease terms up to 99 years, with a typical lease being 15 years plus a further two (2) rights of renewal (15 years each) and rent reviews every 5 years.

Alternatively, purchase a heavily discounted long-term lease with a capital upfront payment equivalent to at least 10 years rent which will guarantee the right to occupy the site for up to 50 years, with no rent reviews during the lease term. This unique incentive is designed to encourage foundational industries to establish themselves within the park, ensuring a robust and sustainable industrial hub. With this commitment, businesses can make long-term strategic investments in infrastructure, workforce development, and operational efficiency, knowing their rental costs are locked in for the next five decades.

Strategically located south of Rotorua on State Highway 30, the development boasts seamless connectivity to key transport routes, including direct access north via State Highway 5 to Auckland and Hamilton.

This is your chance to secure your part of Rotorua and the Central North Islands newest industrial expansion. Contact the Bayleys Rotorua Commercial team today to discuss lease options or arrange a site visit.
