84 Falloon Settlement Road, Masterton, Masterton

Located just 12 minutes west of Masterton on a quiet, dead-end sealed road, this expansive property offers a slice of Wairarapa that is as versatile as it is stunning.
With sweeping views that take in the best of the region’s rolling hills, this land is already set up for various possibilities – whether you’re dreaming of a large lifestyle property, planning a development or something in between.
The property is currently made up of five paddocks, with a formed farm track running from Falloon Settlement Road, leading you up to three potential building sites that offer different perspectives of the land.
The current vendor has obtained approval for a three Lot subdivision, each containing a prime building site, which would not be attainable under the new District Plan rules if applied for today. This includes a 1-hectare, 4-hectare and a 2.1-hectare lot, alongside a boundary adjustment with the neighbouring property.
Giving you flexibility in how you approach the land, the vendors want to see all available options which include – purchase the entire 9.08 hectares to create your dream home and space, buy the combined lots as “stage one” with the approved consents (subject to final survey) and complete the development yourself, or opt for one of the three proposed sections.
Whether you’re looking to stretch out with your own piece of the countryside, take on a project, or dive into a development opportunity, this property offers the chance to tailor it to your own needs. Quiet, private and yet so close to Masterton, come and see it for yourself. You won’t want to miss out.
