• Well-sized room with a private bathroom located just next door.

• Comes with a double bed and bedside tables, but you can bring your own if preferred.

• Includes a spacious built-in wardrobe and an additional built-in closet for extra storage.

• Private access to the room if needed.

Additional Details:

• Rent includes power, water, internet, and some essential items.

• Move-in cost: 2 weeks’ bond + 1 week’s rent in advance.

• The house is currently being prepared and will be available from April 6th.

• Viewing is available from April 4th onwards.
