269 Ngatitangata Road, Waihi, Hauraki

Sitting high above Homunga Bay, this 18.68 hectare (more or less) property offers real privacy and big coastal views. The modern Golden Home sits at the top of the private drive and includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving plenty of space for family or visitors.
The open plan kitchen and living areas make full use of the outlook, with large windows framing wide views across to Mayor Island. The home has an easy indoor–outdoor flow and a relaxed coastal feel.
Outside, the land drops away into steeper hill country, giving elevated views to the east over Mayor Island and south across Waihi Beach and Mt Maunganui. The mix of slopes, bush gullies, and open faces creates a private, scenic setting. There is also direct land access down toward Homunga Bay for those wanting to make the most of this quiet coastal spot.
The block itself is mostly steep country, best suited to running beef or using as a support block. It offers reliable grazing on the contour, but is more about views, privacy, and location than large-scale farming.
