Discover and be impressed with "Thymebank", a well-established and highly regarded Hydroponic Horticulture business, that produces high quality spray-free herbs and lettuces year-round, with a large, reliable nation-wide client base and ever-growing returns.
This exciting business is located on a prime 1.2241 hectare freehold site on the border of Springlands, Marlborough, and is strategically positioned to provide great access to freight distribution to both North and South Island markets.
The sale includes the business plus land and buildings, comprising 5500m2 of tunnel houses, a packhouse, boiler shed, staff amenities and an office, plus an extensive list of quality plant and equipment. The national client base and approved supplier status allows high quality produce to be supplied to a solid network of supermarkets, distributors, food subscription services and online sales. This is a business that runs like clock-work!
A second option is to buy the business and lease the land and buildings off the current owners. "Thymebank Herbs and Lettuce" is proudly recognised as a reliable national brand, with sustainable "green" growing practices and culture being a hallmark of the operation.
After 12 years, the owners are looking forward to retirement and passing on an ever-growing opportunity to a new owner. All the hard work and market development has been completed and secured! What an awesome opportunity, work lifestyle and income this will deliver to the lucky purchaser!
