Rent a bedroom in our student and residential apartment building.

Share with like-minded students, bachelors, families and working professionals, and make new friends. We have rooms available in 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom shared apartments.

Note: You are renting a bedroom in an apartment, not the whole apartment. If you would like to rent a whole apartment, please get in touch.

• $ 354 per week for a short-term stay (14 - 26 weeks)
• $ 349 per week for a 6-month stay (26 - 40 weeks)
• $ 334 per week for a long-term stay (40 - 52 weeks)

Each bedroom comes with a single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. The small apartment's common area features a sofa and dining table. The apartment also has a washer, fridge/freezer, and most kitchen equipment. All you need to bring is your suitcase and a smiling face!

We have a large common room with games and a TV installed for your enjoyment, and a gym equipped with hand weights and cardio machines. There's a courtyard with seating areas to enjoy fresh air and an onsite reception for parcel collection, vacuum hire, and any other inquiries.

No party animals, please! We prefer a nice, quiet building.

We have reception onsite open on weekdays from 9AM to 5PM and extended after-hours service. Any parcels and letters are collected by reception staff on your behalf.
