- The ability to promote and operate throughout most of Auckland (excluding only some parts of South Auckland) – giving you access to a broad market and no restrictions to just one suburb or territory.
- Full franchise setup and induction training.
- Digital operations manual and business systems.
- 6 months of social media management and centralised admin support to help you get started strong.
- Ongoing support from a collaborative, experienced nationwide network.
How the Investment Works
Your total investment is made up of two components:
- Franchise Fee – $35,000 + GST
This covers the full franchise setup, induction training, operational systems, marketing toolkit, and support. - Portfolio Purchase – based on how many property managements you choose to buy
Notional value is $6,250 per property.
*Based on an average annual income of $2,500 + GST per property. Actual income will vary depending on the property mix.
