There is a big screen TV, heat pump, gas cooking, double fridges, two washing machines and a dryer and everyone gets their own lockable food storage cupboard. Hot water is on infinity gas so no worries about running out.

The house is fully insulated, fully carpeted, and meets the new healthy homes legislation. A cleaner comes through once a week to do the bathrooms and communal areas.

The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the hospital and Newtown shops, bus stop is an easy walk away with buses going to the city every few minutes.
