JAMES & TURNER COROMANDEL

Great Potential in Town Centre !

You won't need to be 'open all hours' to spin a tidy profit from this iconic gem in Coromandel town.
This business is legendary and has been operating in the town centre since 1889, just over 136 years.
With a huge and varied range of stock from hammers, roasting dishes and camping gear to gardening equipment, gumboots and shoelaces - the list is almost endless, every requirement a local or holidaymaker may need.
A great addition to this iconic business in September 2024 was the Post Shop, which makes this the one stop shop for the community and visitors.
The current owners have reluctantly decided to put their feet up and this gives you the opportunity to invest in a great business with a reputation and brand that’s world famous in Coromandel and beyond.
A favourable lease agreement is in place, with a right of renewal to secure your business for years to come.
Interested parties will need to be qualified and sign a confidentiality agreement to receive business details.
