Depreciate and double down

•Greenfield sites combined land of 4,992sqm (more or less)
•Depreciation offers 20% on new builds
•Prime location within an industrial hub
14 & 42 Reta Crescent, Kerepehi, presents a combined 4,992sqm (more or less) of industrial-zoned greenfield land within the Hauraki Industrial Park. Positioned between Auckland and Tauranga with direct access to State Highway 2, this location offers one of the most affordable entry points to the Waikato industrial market.
For developers, the flat, vacant platform is ready to go, providing a rare opportunity to design and construct new industrial facilities immediately. The current depreciation allowance of up to 20% on qualifying new builds enhances the economics of developing here, making the case to act now rather than wait.
For land bankers, the site provides a low-cost foothold in a growing district, with supportive council attitudes toward new business and long-term potential for capital gain. Purchasing both titles creates an elongated layout and better access through the park, opening greater design flexibility than a single lot.
With motivated vendors and pricing set to attract attention, this property combines affordability, location, and development readiness—an ideal choice for those seeking to secure their next industrial project or long-term investment.
