Saint Johns is an extremely sought after and tightly held industrial area. Due to its proximity to the large residential catchments in the Eastern Suburbs and its limitation in size, Saint Johns has almost no vacant year-round. Recent upgrades to local infrastructure have made it an even more readily accessible location. The suburb is home to some very recognisable and well-established businesses. With its excellent proximity to the Auckland CBD and public transport networks it ensures seamless connectivity. The local amenity of Stoneridge on Lunn is situated nearby as well as Meadowbank Mall. Ports of Auckland and Auckland Metroport are both located close by.

• Total building area: 2,492m²
• Upgraded 400amp switchboard, cabling for up to 600amps
• Option to split for multiple tenancies
• Ample on-site parking
