Modern - Minimal - Move-In Ready

Located on well-loved College Street, this 109 sqm boutique retail space offers a rare chance to position your brand in one of Wellington’s most established lifestyle and retail neighbourhoods.

With full-height glass frontage, the space is filled with natural light throughout the day — drawing attention from passing foot traffic and creating a welcoming atmosphere inside. High stud ceilings and polished concrete floors give the interior a modern, understated edge that feels both stylish and versatile. From fashion to homeware, beauty to concept retail, the space adapts easily to your vision.

At the rear, common toilet facilities are available for convenience, along with secure access via a gated service lane. The property also includes two dedicated car parks, a rarity in this part of the city, and there's ample on-street parking nearby to make visiting easy for customers.

Set just steps from Moore Wilson’s and surrounded by respected operators like Kowtow, Wallace Cotton, Father Rabbit and Città, the location carries a steady rhythm of destination shoppers and loyal locals.

Available from end of July 2025, this is an ideal fit for brands seeking presence, character, and connection in the heart of Te Aro.
