Middlemarch is a small rural community at the southern end of the world-renowned Otago Central Rail Trail, approximately 80 km from Dunedin. Some of the attractions around Middlemarch include a golf course, bowling club, swimming pool, Sutton Salt Lake, fishing, hunting, hiking to the Leaning Rock Lodge or Big Hut on the Rock and Pillar Range. The present owner has only done a minimum amount of advertising so there is potential to grow the business. Macraes mine is only half an hour away from the property, this could be a base for workers up there.
The price includes all the chattels so you can start operating as soon as the ink is dry.
