State Highway 50, Roys Hill, Hastings

Situated in the heart of a prestigious grape-growing district, Hikumutu Vineyard offers a rare opportunity to acquire a high-performing, future-ready vineyard holding.

Comprising 16.8 hectares, with approximately 15 hectares in canopy, this well-established block is currently under contract with the Booster Group through to the 2026 harvest—ensuring professional management and reliable short-term returns. From 2027 onwards, the vineyard is unencumbered, offering new owners complete flexibility and control.

The varietal mix includes Syrah, Chardonnay, Sémillon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, with both the Syrah and Chardonnay produced on site renowned for their exceptional quality in the bottle—marketed under the respected Sileni label.

Set off the main road and surrounded by established vineyards, Hikumutu Vineyard enjoys favourable soils and an ideal growing environment. Ample water supply has been confirmed following recent review, and two low-hour wind machines provide robust frost protection. This block has a three bay shed with power, currently rented out and bringing in a passive income from a vine propagation company.

A standout offering in a tightly held location, Hikumutu Vineyard combines scale, proven performance, and future potential. The out of town vendor has other commitments and is ready to meet the market.
