Premium Food & Retail Space with Massive Foot Traffic

Step into one of Wellington’s most high-profile retail opportunities at Lambton Square — a 327sqm tenancy located where Lambton Quay, Woodward Street, and The Terrace meet. With 5,000–9,000 people passing through daily, this is a rare chance to secure presence in a location that thrives on momentum and visibility.

Surrounded by premium office towers, city workers, and steady weekday traffic, this laneway site sits within a modern, architecturally designed food court offering over 360 seats, abundant natural light, and a relaxed, social dining atmosphere. Outdoor seating adds another layer of appeal, especially in warmer months.

Three convenient entrances connect the space to key footpaths and public transport routes, creating a seamless flow of people moving through — from morning coffee crowds to lunch-hour rush.

Whether you're scaling an established brand or launching something new, this is a canvas with serious potential. High ceilings, flexible floor area, and an energetic location set the stage for retail, food & beverage, or concept hospitality.

Available now at Lambton Square — a destination that continues to evolve with the city.
