ABOUT MONUMENT 285
The Monument 285 is an entertainer’s dream! The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are central to the home, which includes a walk-in pantry. This space flows out to a spacious alfresco.

Two large decks can also be found to the left of the home, one opening out from the master bedroom, with the other located off the expansive rumpus room.

The Monument 285 also features a media room, and a mud room off the laundry.
The master bedroom is complete with an ensuite, plus a make-up desk in the generous walk-in robe.

The Monument plan can also be built 348m2, and 494m2 options. Plan price changes accordingly and there are a wide range of upgrades available with the Monument design.
