Owners have left the country, and want this site sold - hence the great price.

Vehicle access from Milky Way, but you can create steps to walk on to footpath on Cove Rd.
From there it's a very short walk to the Ding Bay end of Langs Beach, or a little further to the main part of the beach

Walking to the beach is easy if you are fit. Only 500 (of my ) steps to the northern end of Langs Beach (nick name of Ding Bay), or 900 (of my) steps to the sand on main part of Langs Beach

Or just maybe you want to walk in the other direction, and head to Waipu Cove where you will find even more activities to enjoy.
Whether that's action on the surf beach (surfing or surf life-saving) or grabbing a coffee and a salad, well that's up to you to choose.

Langs Beach attracts those who like to swim, surf, paddleboard, fish, snorkel, explore rockpools or simply lie in the sun and soak up the atmosphere.

If you do want to go further afield there are mountain bike tracks, plus plenty of walking tracks

Or maybe Golf is your thing, in which case there are several options within 15-30 minute drive
