1/69 Douch Road, Ohaupo, Waipa

With excellent access to Hamilton, Cambridge and Te Awamutu, this attractive 15.64ha (more or less) property set on a quiet, no-exit road, has a desirable flat contour and outstanding views from the elevated potential house site. With no building covenants you can bring your own relocatable home!

Well set up as a grazing property and currently leased for dairy support, the property has had a long history with the dairy farming industry. Divided into 10 paddocks, the land is mostly flat with race access, ensuring easy stock management. Farm water is supplied from a neighbouring bore via an easement and fencing is post, batten and wire as you'd expect for a farm.

Although a blank canvas, the obvious site for your new home is the gently elevated site in the far corner. Once you stand on this site, you'll fully appreciate the potential. From here, you'll enjoy spectacular views across the neighbouring farms and all the way to Mount Pirongia for those fabulous sunsets.

The location near the main road provides easy access to the Hamilton Airport, Mystery Creek for Fieldays, Waikato Hospital and the Waikato Expressway. The village of Ohaupo is minutes away by car and is home to some essential shops and a good primary school.

Given the proximity to Hamilton and the ready access to both Auckland and Tauranga, this property would make a great place to live and develop your ideal lifestyle or continue with its present use as a rural support block.
