This well established 152.489 hectare (more or less) bare land block is subdivided into 24 paddocks, making it a reliable unit for wintering, finishing, and fattening livestock.

Additionally, 100 fifteen month old steers are grazed from early February to the end of March, also destined for Five Star Beef. A further 150 Angus fifteen month heifers arrive in January and are sold between May and August. The operation also includes 30 in-calf cows arriving in early September, which are calved down, with the cows sold by the end of March.
