Highland is a high producing sheep and beef unit with potential income from forestry and carbon from the forestry and native bush registered in the ETS. The rolling contour runs to gullies which are now mainly planted in trees. The performance of the 5,000 stock units is in the top end of livestock performance in South and West Otago.
