It is fully self contained throughout the year. Cool and airy in summer, warm and cozy in winter with two Mitsubishi heat pumps, open fire offers ambience plus electric blankets to keep you warm in those cold winter evenings.

Three bedrooms upstairs-- One room with double bunk and single bed, One single bedroom with a double bed, Upstairs master bedroom with nearly new queen size bed, Downstairs bedroom with another nearly new queen size bed. You can easily change the single bedroom into the office if need.

Modern bathroom on each floor and open plan dining, kitchen and living space with huge windows. The large peaceful outdoor patio lends itself to enjoying long summer days sipping chilled wines, bbqs and beers with friends while enjoy the valley views. The lock up garage with purposely built ski drying room has space for your vehicle, bikes and ski storage. There is a washing machine and dryer in garage as well.
